Used in the dorm to improve the ambience.
Just a water tank with some water lotuses. "With no roots put down, life and death are up to fate."
Acquisition
The Stillwater Lotus can be obtained from the 
Who is Real Furniture Pack available from Record Restoration since Where Vernal Winds Will Never Blow.
Previously, it was only obtainable during Who is Real (Rerun), where it was awarded for completing the Ask Yourself mission requiring the player to clear WR-9 with 3 stars.
