The Skills Compilation is a consumable item in Arknights.

只限高级资深/资深/专业干员使用，能将1个技能直接提升至专精3级。
全面详实地记载了专家级技艺的集录，干员经过学习操练，可以快速积累经验，达到专家级的认定标准。
Usage
When used, the Skills Compilation will immediately upgrade one skill of a 6★ (Top)/5★ (Senior)/4★ (Professional) Operator who are in at most Specialization Level 2 of the player's choosing all the way to Spec. Level 3 for free.
Do note that if the player used the Skills Compilation on a skill that had been upgraded to Spec. Levels already, the resources spent to do so will not be refunded!
