Loadout equipment of a Team Rainbow operator. Can be used to electrify reinforcements to prevent its destruction. Can nonetheless be disabled by its nemesis, the EMP.

How to obtain

It can be obtained from the Combat Report by clearing OD-3 with 3 stars during Operation Originium Dust (Rerun).
