The Motivational Poster can be obtained from the 
Stories of Afternoon Furniture Pack available from Record Restoration since Contingency Contract Dawnseeker.
Previously, it was only obtainable during Stories of Afternoon, where it was awarded for reaching the 1360 
Canteen Soup Ticket milestone.
