- His name is a combination of the word leon, the Latin word for "lion," and hardt, which means "brave" in German. It also references the species he is based on.
- Leonhardt has the traits of a lionhead rabbit, with one being present in his outfit sprite and some inside his Elite 2 artwork.
- Leonhardt is one of the very few operators whose animal(s) are not only present on their skin art, but also appear in-battle when the skin is worn. The others are Ptilopsis and Rosa, but Leonhardt is the only one of them who has two skins.
- Leonhardt's Chinese CV was originally Dingdang and his voice was planned to be released in Il Siracusano. However, following the accusation of Dingdang's insults and harassments on social medias in the past, Hypergryph has terminated their agreement and has since been suspending the release.[1]
- Leonhardt's English dialogues are spoken in Australian accent, which is accurate enough despite his English CV Kyle McCarley being an American. A similar case can also be seen on Delphine and Vendela (Amber Lee Connors and Cassandra Lee Morris, respectively).
