Description
Used in the dorm to improve the ambience.
Just some fabrics that went unused as art material. "The silk is too fragile. Trying to paint on it would only ruin it, but, as curtains, this is just perfect."
Acquisition
The Incisive Drapery (Narrow) can be obtained from the 
Who is Real Furniture Pack available from Record Restoration since Where Vernal Winds Will Never Blow.
Previously, it was only obtainable during Who is Real (Rerun), where it was awarded for completing the Ask Yourself mission requiring the player to clear WR-3 with 3 stars.
