Used in the dorm to improve the ambience.
A floor lamp next to the war table.
Wherever the light shines on the map, that place either has already become or is about to become a battlefield.

The Floor Lamp can only be obtained during Episode 10: Shatterpoint, where it is available at the Furniture Store for 255
