Trivia

• Her codename derives from Eyjafjallajökull, a volcano in Iceland, likely a reference to her occupation as a volcanologist. The name itself literally means "of the islands' mountains."
  • Coincidentally, her third skill is called Volcano and its animations looks similar to erupting volcanoes.
• Eyjafjalla's first name, Adele, derived from "Adel ", the German word for "noble." Her surname, Naumann, is a reference to Heinrich Edmund Naumann, a German geologist known for his contribution to Japanese geology.
  • Eyjafjalla's parents Magna and Katia Naumann are a reference to Katia and Maurice Krafft, volcanologists and filmmakers who died together on Mount Unzen in a pyroclastic flow.
• Unlike other Operators, Eyjafjalla called the Doctor "Professor," which is instead spoken as "senpai (superior/senior)" in her dialogue. As a matter of fact, the EN community gives her the nickname "kouhai (junior)."
• Eyjafjalla has the highest Blood Originium-Crystal Density of all Infected characters, at 0.5 u/L.
• Up until the rerun of The Great Chief Returns in the CN server, which introduced her Summer Flower FA018 outfit, Eyjafjalla was the 6★ Operator with the longest period of time without outfits (starting from the time when Eyjafjalla herself was introduced, for a total of over two years) and the last of the 6★ available since the game was released to receive her first outfit.
• In the Global release of Dossoles Holiday, Eyjafjalla's Summer Flower FA018 outfit can be viewed in her outfit list despite not being released yet. This is because DH was released before the rerun of RI, which is the opposite in the CN server.
