Degenbrecher is a 6★ Swordmaster Guard who specializes in Nuker, DPS, and Debuff. As a Swordmaster Guard, Degenbrecher's attacks do two hits in quick succession, essentially doubling the damage she deals. However, Degenbrecher is still considered to have attacked once and all but one of her skills have offensive SP recovery, thus she will only recover 1 SP in each attack as usual, and her ATK is on a lower end to offset the aforementioned quirk. Degenbrecher has somewhat below average HP (but still quite high nonetheless), above average DEF, and can block up to two enemies, but her DP cost is quite high and increases with each promotion.

Talents

1. Born Warrior gives Degenbrecher a 10% chance to deal increased damage when damaging enemies as well as Frightening the target(s) for a short time.
2. Living Legend causes Degenbrecher's attacks against Frightened enemies to ignore a portion of their DEF.

Skills

1. Pure Force causes Degenbrecher's attack to deal more damage towards up to five ground enemies in the surrounding tiles to her when charged.
2. Silent Derision has Degenbrecher slash up to five (six at Specialization levels) ground enemies in a range of 2×3 tiles twice, or three if the enemy is being blocked, with each slash dealing Physical damage equal to a greater portion of Degenbrecher's ATK and always procs Born Warrior. Silent Derision can also store two charges.
3. Return to Silence notably has automatic SP recovery — the only Swordmaster Guard skill with this distinction — and has Degenbrecher launch no less than ten slashes at up to five (six from Level 7) enemies in a radius of 2 tiles around her, with each slash dealing Physical damage equal to a greater portion of Degenbrecher's ATK and always procs Born Warrior, and enemies within the radius will also be intermittently pulled towards her with a force of 1 while Degenbrecher is launching the slashes. Once Degenbrecher finishes her "blade dance", enemies within the radius will take Physical damage equal to an even greater portion of her ATK and be pulled towards her with a force of 2.

Operator Module

The SWO-X Module, "Footnotes of the Past", increases the damage dealt by Degenbrecher's skills by 10% in addition to increasing her maximum HP, ATK, and DEF. Once upgraded, Born Warrior's ATK modifier is increased.

Base skills

Degenbrecher's base skills improve the efficiency of Trading Posts while she is assigned to one.

1. Intimidate increases order acquisition rate by 20% but reduces the order limit by 2; the order limit cannot be reduced to below 1 this way. At Elite 2, Intimidate becomes Imposing Presence with a higher order acquisition boost of 25% and order limit reduction of 6.
2. Champion's Bearing increases order acquisition rate by 25% for every 5 order limit increase provided by other Operators in the same Trading Post as Degenbrecher, which caps at 100%.
