The mysterious Aegir artiste codenamed "Deepcolor" was one of the many Aegir-Seaborn hybrids born from the Church of the Deep's experiments. Unlike the other hybrids, however, Deepcolor has no strong attachment towards the Many since she is more influenced by her human consciousness, similar to Mizuki, believing that the Many have no appreciation towards (or, more like, unable to comprehend) the beauty of fine arts. Because of this, she abandoned the Many and the Church altogether and laid low in Iberia as an unassuming painter dedicated to her works until one of the Church's priests tracked her down and attempted to eliminate Deepcolor for being a "heretic," only to become the victim of her powers firsthand.

At some point, Deepcolor was recruited by Rhodes Island; to avoid suspicion, she fabricated her background by claiming to have been born into an affluent family in Columbia with a penchant for painting in abstract style. Her powers include the ability to call forth her kin appearing as tentacles (which she claims to be strange creatures captured by her father in Sargon and presented to her as a gift) as her "assistants" in combat as well as spawning nethersea brand out of nowhere. Although R.I. remained cautious toward her, they acknowledge that Deepcolor is a valuable asset – her background notwithstanding.
