Description
Used in the dorm to improve the ambience.
Part of the Galería Krysztauowa collection, created by an Ægir who lived in Iberia. At first, it was seen as embodying the determination of humanity to conquer the oceans; later, it was seen as premonition of the disaster.
How to obtain
It can be obtained from the Spec Ops Notes by clearing CR-8 during Operation Lucent Arrowhead.
