On WB-EX-8 Ya can summon the Shanhaizhong Phalanx with Winter's Void. You can see them spawning from Winter's Void here in KyostinV's WD-EX-8 video and his WD-EX-8 CM video .
Watching through both videos you can see that Winter's Void didn't spawn any Shanhaizhong Harbingers on WD-EX-8, only Raging Di Beasts and Shanhaizhong Phalanx. I'm assuming that for the level 1 version of Ya the Shanhaizhong Harbingers are replaced by Shanhaizhong Phalanx.
