Used in the dorm to improve the ambience.
A hanging ad scroll that displays the department's logo. Whenever the spiral structure on the sign is completely filled up, the Culinary Research Center releases a new menu item, and the researchers must undergo a new round of scrutiny.

The Promotional Sign Scroll can only be obtained during Lone Trail, where it is available at the Furniture Store for 225
