• Her codename refers to a kind of flower, specifically Hibiscus rosa-sinensis. In Chinese and Indian herbologies, the flower could be used as a medicine.
• According to Arknights Global's first anniversary livestream, as of the end of Contingency Contract Pyrite, Hibiscus is the third most commonly used and deployed 3★ Operator.
• Her nickname is Hibis (Katakana:ハイビス), the Japanese short form for Hibiscus.
• It is revealed that Hibiscus loves cooking nutritious food, but she is unaware that her food is terrible, which scares off many people in Rhodes Island, especially her sister. This has become a running gag within both the game and the Arknights community.
