Filled with advertising brochures and guide booklets, dated to the museum's opening day. The date matters little. The exhibits are so brilliant that visitors' eyes barely have time to linger upon the brochures.
How to obtain
It can be obtained from the Spec Ops Notes by clearing CR-3 during Operation Lucent Arrowhead.
