Used in the dorm to improve the ambience.
Audio tour system with eye tracking feature, which offers commentary based on where the visitor is looking. No commentary file has been installed, though, so all it plays is the test music track.
How to obtain
It can be obtained from the Spec Ops Notes by clearing CR-2 during Operation Lucent Arrowhead.
