Just using this to visualize my conceptions. Not going to keep this here. (I'll also stop using existing operator skill icons if that interferes with anything.)

	Max HP +10%, gains up to +40% ATK Tenacity (reaches maximum bonus when losing 70% Max HP)

Level	Effect
	Immediately throws a Frag Grenade at this unit's location, dealing 220% of ATK as Physical damage and Stunning enemies in the surrounding 8 tiles for 3 seconds; Attack Range expands, attacks deal AoE damage and has a 30% chance to Stun the target for 2 seconds; Increases ATK to 400% when attacking hostile devices Skill activation grants 25 charges (attacks against hostile devices consume 1 charge; otherwise consumes 2 charges) and the skill ends when all charges are used (Can manually deactivate skill)	12	50	–
