Used in the dorm to improve the ambience.
All sorts of packages must first be weighed on the counter. Do you really think the fancy marketing reps from the big businesses know which souvenirs sell best? Of course not, only the counter knows!

The Shipping Counter can only be obtained during The Rides to Lake Silberneherze, where it is available at the Onboard Services for 45
