Dublinn Phalanx enemies will be the main source of headaches as they are tanky to both Physical and Arts Damage thanks to the DEF buff with other fellow units and Refraction. Phalanx units will have 1000 more DEF if they are still intact together and further as new Phalanx units joins the fray and eventually overwhelms your defenses.
Not to worry, Tattered Pillars do make their appearances to possibly defeat them in one fell swoop but Tombkeeper Grotesques are also in the fray which may be tempting to defeat them with the pillars to not deal with them flying afterwards.
