- She is named after the genus and the Latin name of mandrakes. In Western mythologies, mandrakes are said to have crazy, magical nature, such as loud screaming that kills all who hear it, which fits Mandragora's deranged personality.
- Her Chinese name is simply Mandra which is actually a short form of her full name in English.
- Before an update in the CN server, Mandragora's codename was shared with that of Pancho Salas (CPS), likely due to an oversight. However, this is not retroactively fixed when Episode 09 is released in the Global and TW server.
- Mandragora is the subject of some jokes in the community due to the fact that collapsing Tattered Pillars can easily suppress her, which is ironic for a caster who controls stone.
