• Her name is the archaic Japanese for "July."
• While she is a Lung, her overall design is actually based on Japanese kirin/qilin instead, as confirmed in the official artbook.
• According to a concept art revealed in the official artbook, Fumizuki is adept at wielding a naginata.
• Along with Wei Yenwu, Fumizuki was actually first designed back in 2016 as an original character of her artist, KuroBlood, a year before Arknights' development. For the illustration, see this Tumblr post.
