• The Famiglia Cleaner is a reference to Agent 47, the protagonist of the Hitman series, which can be seen from his bald hair, pale complexion, barcode on his mask, and him carrying a silver crossbow and a silver briefcase, both of which (with the crossbow being a stand-in for a pistol) are Agent 47's signature items.
  • Due to his attack strength and similarly intimidating build, the Cleaner has also been compared to T-00, better known as Mr. X, from the Resident Evil series.
• The Famiglia Cleaner is the first known humanoid male Archosauria.
