Postfilter usage

I was wondering whether these use a postfilter or not:

• Therapist Medics when they prioritize those under status ailments (Lumen's third skill, Whisperain's first skill)
• Kal'tsit's prioritization. (Mon3tr and self first, then normal Medic prioritization) When I tried to ask this on Reddit it was promptly thrown away.
• Marksman Snipers, Arene and Qanipalaat under S1 - especially the latter two, they seem to share the same prioritization
• Both Luo Xiaohei and Saga will stop 'seeing' Crippled enemies at all (only exception is Saga with her second skill). What are the exact mechanics behind that?
• Similarly, Rosmontis who stops seeing unblocked enemies when under S3, Indigo who does not see bound enemies due to her talent, and Andreana who stops seeing enemies below half HP when under S2.
• Wandering Medics. Mulberry and Honeyberry seem to prioritize those with the highest Elemental damage taken on their skills, but they all seem to do so too by default.
• Is the target Gladiia picks in her S3 just a random faraway enemy?
• The targeting of the cannon in chapter 10, that will always land on the one with the highest block count and accordingly change its target if someone with a higher block count is deployed.
• Most of the enemy prioritization listed.
