Tsukinogi the Infected Higashinese Elafia used to be a miko, but became a Catastrophe Messenger following a Catastrophe that struck her hometown and took away her family after they stubbornly refused to evacuate during a festival. As a Catastrophe Messenger, Tsukinogi is known for her strong empathy, which stems from her prior experience as a miko and helps her a lot in her employment to Rhodes Island as a Catastrophe watcher and field observer.

Introduction

Tsukinogi is a 5★ Abjurer Supporter who specializes in (no pun intended) Support and Survival. As with other Supporters, Tsukinogi's attacks do Arts damage similar to Casters, but has a rather unusual range of an adjusted 3×4 (like that of Decel Binder Supporters at Elite 1) with a 1×2 extension on both sides at Elite 1, like that of Hexer Supporters which also extends to her HP and RES, but what defines her as an Abjurer Supporter is that she heal friendly units for 75% of her ATK instead of attacking enemies when her skill is active.

Talent

Blessing applies the Sanctuary buff to friendly units within her range whose HP had fallen below 40%.

Skills

1. Without a Trace gives friendly units within Tsukinogi's range a chance to dodge Physical and Arts attacks, and reveals invisible enemies as well while active.
2. Forest's Embrace disarms Tsukinogi while active, during which the HP threshold to trigger Blessing is reduced and its Sanctuary buff becomes more effective, and friendly units within Tsukinogi's range regenerates HP by a portion of her ATK over time.

Operator Module

The BLS-X Module, Rouya Bimei, removes the penalty of Tsukinogi's healing while her skill is active in addition to increasing her ATK and DEF. Once upgraded, Blessing's Sanctuary is increased and it also buffs the affected friendly units' DEF.

Base skill

Catastrophe Messenger α increases the recruitment tag refresh generation rate by 30% while Tsukinogi is assigned to the Human Resources Office. At Elite 2, Catastrophe Messenger α becomes Empath's Insight which also increases the clue search rate 5% for every recruitment slot other than the first (e.g. having four recruitment slots increase the search rate by 15%).

Summary

Tsukinogi is a solid introduction to the Abjurer Supporters who can prolong the lives of her allies by making them less susceptible to incoming damage.

The elegance and sanctity of this Eastern maiden will surely make her allies more resolute and unfaltering than ever.
