Garden Memorial act as the milestone system of Sui's Garden of Grotesqueries, improved through 
Stray Ghostling accumulation and divided into levels reached at certain thresholds of Stray Ghostlings, with the level cap increased every month while Garden Memorial is being updated. In addition, each month also features unique, high-value rewards.
Once Garden of Grotesqueries' updates are concluded, the Garden Memorial will remain available with the progress retained and the rewards can be obtained/claimed anytime.
