Since Dissociative Recombination (CN)/When Elegies Are Ashes (Global), Main Theme episodes, Intermezzi, Side Stories, and Story Collections excluding crossovers now have a defined timeline showing their relationship with each other, where they are grouped into a series of story arcs/storylines, called Movements by the game, in the newly introduced Score menu of the Terminal.

The beginning of the Doctor's journey with Rhodes Island, and their first encounters with the Reunion Movement amidst a chaotic Infected uprising.

Episode 00
The Doctor awakes from their slumber, unable to remember anything. A young girl named Amiya and her allies—Rhodes Island have arrived to rescue them from Chernobog, Ursus amidst an uprising staged by the Reunion Movement.

Episode 01
A looming Catastrophe strikes Chernobog, yet Reunion manipulates the chaos to fulfill their agenda. Rhodes Island must survive the Catastrophe and escape the doomed city.

Episode 02
Lungmen—a Yanese nomadic city, now under siege by Reunion. While Rhodes Island maintains a delicate balance between the Infected and the city's authority, a Chernobog refugee hiding in Lungmen becomes a key to understanding Reunion's plans.

Episode 03
Twins separated by tragedy are reunited through tragedy, and plans continue to unravel as Rhodes Island braves the storm.

Act I: Shatter of a Vision
The Chernobog Crisis escalates as Rhodes Island battles to defend Lungmen from the advancing Reunion forces. The Infected of Ursus rise to cast off their chains—while the true mastermind watches from the distant Chernobog.

Episode 04
The feared Yeti Squadron of the northwestern tundra join the fray. Rhodes Island dispatches recon teams to a detached plate of Chernobog near Lungmen, only to come under attack by Reunion forces hiding in the ruins.

Episode 05
While Rhodes Island's forces are trapped on the abandoned Chernobog plate by the terrifying FrostNova, Reunion launches a direct attack on Lungmen. Ch'en, Swire, and Hoshiguma must lead the L.G.D. to reclaim their home.

Episode 06
The battle for Lungmen reaches its conclusion as Reunion is brutally driven back. Both sides encounter mysterious soldiers clad in black raincoats, and Rhodes Island must confront FrostNova once and for all.

Episode 07
The invasion of Lungmen is over, but the crisis is far from resolved. With Chernobog now hurtling toward the city, Rhodes Island must act swiftly to prevent an international incident that could ignite war between Ursus and Yan—by infiltrating Chernobog and ending Talulah’s plans from within. However, the terrifying Guerrillas of Reunion stand in their way, led by none other than Patriot—backbone of the Reunion Movement, and FrostNova's father.

Episode 08
As Reunion tears themselves apart from the inside, Rhodes Island splits up to bring an end to the conflict, once and for all. Amiya and Rosmontis advance on Chernobog's Control Tower, while the Doctor and Kal'tsit investigate a troubling anomaly. The leader of Reunion awaits her kin, and flame will burn away all falsehood.

The curtain rises on a new battle as Victoria is mired in conflict—from the vengeance of the Sarkaz to the wrath of the Draco, and the vacant throne torn apart by Victoria herself. Episode 09
County Hillock, Victoria. A simple city caught in a crisis as the mysterious Spectre Force fires the first shot that would herald the death of Victoria.

Episode 10
Months after the County Hillock incident, Rhodes Island sets course for occupied Londinium—the home of Siege and the Glasgow Gang. A disastrous conflict looms, casting a dark shadow over the heart of Victoria’s capital.

Episode 11
Siege and her allies search for a way to prevent war, even as the past rises through the steam to haunt them. Meanwhile, Rhodes Island's ties to Victoria's fate run far deeper than anyone first believed—and the Sarkaz will suffer in silence no longer.

Episode 12
The true conflict begins at last as the Sarkaz reveal their intent and the Grand Dukes prepare for war. Rhodes Island and their allies suffer devastating losses, while the Glasgow Gang returns to where they began—Norport, the city plate now stranded outside Londinium, cut off from the outside world.

Episode 13
Breaking free of the Norport blockade, Siege and her allies take control of their own fate, while Rhodes Island works to unravel Kazdel's shadowy supply lines. Familiar faces and old friends reunite—but none have remained the same.

Episode 14
The Original Sin of the Teekaz descends once more, and war erupts as Londinium is consumed by tides of Originium. Rhodes Island must brave the storm and stop this ancient curse from burying Victoria—and all of Terra—in the wrath of the Sarkaz.

Episode 16: Abnormal Spectrum (not yet released on Global)
In order to revive Kal'tsit, Rhodes Island once again sets their foot upon Ursus. But what they discover is an abnormal phenomenon: Kolossal Prime Vein, the largest Originium Prime Vein on Terra, suddenly shrinks in size. As Ursus desperately cracks down opposing voices, the seed of revolution has already been sown in the blood-soaked tundra.

  • Prior to the Abnormal Spectrum update in the CN server (which is still in case in the Global server as of January 2026), the Movements are denoted by a colored abbreviation of their subject (e.g. RI for The Ark, which focuses on Rhodes Island). The Movement icons have since been replaced by more elaborate but uncolored ones.
  • The Ark currently has the most Intermezzi of all story arcs, with four out of six.
  • Sette Colli's Sprouts is currently the only story arc solely made up of Celebration events.
  • Ancient Forge is the only Through the Ages event themed around the Chinese New Year, as the rest focuses on Yan and Sui instead. This is possibly because of scheduling differences between Arknights servers as elaborated here.
    • In a similar note, Summertime Beats events are themed around summer celebrations until So Long, Adele; since Adventure That Cannot Wait for the Sun, the events have since shifted into focusing on festivities in other nations not covered by the other story arcs instead.
  • Despite Code of Brawl, Come Catastrophes or Wakes of Vultures, and Act or Die being shown before the rest in the Tales of Terra story arc, in truth none of the events have a clear date set and as such, do not have a chronological order.
    • It can be somewhat inferred that Come Catastrophes or Wakes of Vultures takes place between the events of Episodes 14 and 15, as the Victorian Crisis is referred to in past tense in it, and the early scenes in the Masses Travels, which takes place after Episode 15, show that Woodrow, Jessica, and Coldshot are on the frontier, meaning that The Masses Travels takes place after Come Catastrophe or Wakes of Vultures.
