- There are 2 inactive R-31 Heavy Power Armors, both of which are excluded from the enemy counter.
- 3 additional inactive R-31 Heavy Power Armors will be present if
 Environment: Mass-Produced Armor is selected.
- 3 Dor-3 Bionics will spawn if
 Environment: Abandoned Lab is selected.
- 2 Dor-3 Bionics will spawn if
 Environment: Sealed Lab is selected.
- Dorothy has 47500 HP and the following changes:
- Instantly deploys a trap upon spawning.
- The stack cap of the ATK buff from trap triggers is reduced to 10.
- The traps' damage and Stun duration are reduced to 80% of Dorothy's ATK and 5 seconds, respectively.
- R-11 Assault Power Armors' ranged attack has its target count and damage dealt reduced to 2 and 40% ATK, respectively.
- One R-11 Assault Power Armor will be pre-spawned on F6 if
 Trial: Prototype is selected.
