The Human Resources Office, also known as HR Office or simply Office, is one of the nine RIIC facilities in Arknights. It can be built on room B205;[note 1] below the Workshop and above the Training Room, and to the right of the second Dormitory.
Usage
Having the HR Office increases the number of available recruitment slots and, prior to Rhodes Island Icebreaker Games (CN)/Il Siracusano Rerun (Global), as Recruitment used to cost 
LMD, it also reduces the recruitment fee by 10%/20%/30%. An Operator can be assigned to the HR Office to allow the player to refresh their recruitment tags; one refresh chance is generated every several hours, up to three maximum; should the player have three tag refresh chances, the HR Office will cease generating refresh chances until one is used; the assigned Operator's morale won't be drained in this case.

Notes
- ↑ It is actually technically possible to build the Office in B305, in place of the Training Room and vice-versa, as the game does not prevent this. It is however unlikely for players to do this, as building the Office first is more sensible, and the game suggests doing it first.
