Other than the standard mode used in Main Theme, Intermezzi, Side Stories, Story Collections, Annihilation, and Paradox Simulations, Arknights features various game modes with their own unique rules and gameplay, offering a diverse and challenging experience for players.
Permanent[edit]
These game modes are available permanently from the Terminal.
| Integrated Strategies | A roguelike game mode in which the player and their Operators must travel through a series of floors containing various events, ranging from random encounters to difficult battles, obtaining game-changing Collectibles to assist in reaching various endings.
| Stationary Security Service | Select a large amount of Operators, create your deck, and tackle a Security Mission made up of sequential operations. In battle, "draw" the right Operators and "relieve" them to augment their replacement's stats, all the while enemies grow stronger over time.
| Reclamation Algorithm | Starting out from headquarters, the player explore zones, gather resources, build fortifications, and cook meals to survive the ever-changing overworld while fending off enemy raids and pushing further into the harsh land of Sargon.
Seasonal[edit]
These game modes are only available at specific periods.
| Contingency Contract | Fight in a challenge battle in which players choose their own handicaps, augmenting enemies and weakening allies. The more handicaps chosen, the higher the reward.
| Trials for Navigator | Fight in a challenge battle where the player is pitted against multiple bosses in one moving map.
| Icebreaker Games | Two players work together to tackle various challenge battle scenarios, from bastion defense to football. Remember: No one fights alone!
| Vector Breakthrough | Command Operators in a series of combat scenarios consisting of multiple battles and a powerful boss enemy, preferably after obtaining buffs by clearing the Special Front battles.
| Stronghold Protocol | Introduction to be added
| Duel Channel | Two armies of enemies are pitted against each other, and players choose which side is going to win. Can be played in single-player or multiplayer.
