Eleanor, the Earl of March is an NPC in Arknights. She is a major supporting character in Ending a Grand Overture.
Background[edit]
The Earl of March is a noblewoman from the Normandy Duchy, and an old acquaintance and supporter of King Alistair II. She acts as the representative for His Excellency, the Duke of Normandy in a secret meeting between Vina Victoria and some of the Grand Dukes in the Palace of Westhaleg following the Victorian Crisis.
The Earl also possesses various connections with many foreign organizations, including a long-term cooperation agreement with the Columbian Union Army.
