Other[edit]
Tatiana[edit]
- Not to be confused with Tatyana Larina.
Tatiana worked as a copyist at an Ursine university until she was caught by the vengeful Reunion during their occupation of Chernobog. Like other survivors, she was subjected to inhumane torture from Reunion's part —Both physically and psychologically— and eventually contracted Oripathy due to the constant exposure to Originium. This succession of events led her initially to mistrust other Infected despite being one herself.[1]
During the Core City infiltration, Rhodes Island finds Tatiana and Guard hiding in a warehouse, with the former showing initial hostility towards them and Reunion alike despite Guard and Amiya trying to comfort her.[1] Kal'tsit decides to intervene and approaches Tatiana, with her pointing out how Kal'tsit's accent resembled that of the capital, yet sounding old fashioned. Kal'tsit them summons Mon3tr to grab Tatiana as a way to interrogate Guard about his actions and verify Tatiana's account. The distressed Guard tried to convince Kal'tsit to stop as a Sarkaz patrol was quickly approaching. After much pressure, Tatiana confesses that Guard didn't do anything wrong despite being Reunion, or at least from what she saw.[2] As she receives basic Oripathy treatment, Tatiana argues that she and the other survivors would've been already dead were not for Guard's help, but misfortune always occured wherever she followed him to find supplies.[3] What happened to her in the aftermath of the operation is unclear, though it's possible that she could've followed Guard and Nine out of the city.

Mr. Fang[edit]
Fang Xiaoshi's father who married a daughter of the Zhou family in Moushan Village. In 1099, after Fang Xiaoshi blew up the Yishan Temple and disappeared, he searched for his son together with the villagers but eventually gave up. Mr. Fang was persuaded to agree to the plan after the villagers promised that the compensation money would go to him first, which he planned to leave with to search for Xiaoshi.[4]
Days later, he discovers that Xiaoshi has returned, accompanied by a swordswoman named Qiubai. Mr. Fang promises to uphold the agreement with the villagers, and he has an awkward reunion with his son. He gives Xiaoshi some items to repay Qiubai, convinced that his son must have wronged her in some way, though he is relieved that Xiaoshi has returned safe and sound. The two soon get into an argument. Xiaoshi notices the log his father is carrying, which Mr. Fang claims is meant for making his own coffin. They talk about what happened three years earlier, with Mr. Fang explaining that the villagers had helped him in his search. He urges his son not to be so stubborn, and Xiaoshi eventually relents to his plea.
Later, Mr. Fang participates in the urgent meeting held at the Yishan Temple, now partially repaired thanks to his efforts.[5] Mr. Fang was carving wood for a grave marker when Qiubai appears, who reveals her suspicion that the wooden grave marker is for "Fang Xiaoshi." Qiubai promises not to interfere but doubts whether Xiaoshi will truly find peace and safety in Moushan considering.[4] The sudden arrival of Mulberry forces the villagers to put pressure on Mr. Fang. Though he hesitates, they force the grave marker back into his hands and watch as he slowly lowers it. Just then, Qiubai slashes the marker with her sword and admonishes them. Mr. Fang follows after her as Qiubai rushes to the nearby mountain to find Xiaoshi.[6]
Mr. Fang catches up to Qiubai, recounting how he once grew tired from chasing a talpibeast in his youth, and expresses that he is glad Xiaoshi is unharmed. Mr. Fang stops Xiaoshi from returning to the village. He laments that Xiaoshi truly takes after his mother. He reveals that she married him because he was a hunter who traveled all over, but left with a salesman when she realized he intended to stay in Moushan. He had chased her into the wilderness just in time to bring Xiaoshi back. She failed to make a living in the city and died not long after she returned to the wilderness, sending a letter and compensation money that reached Mr. Fang many months after her death. Mr. Fang asks whether Xiaoshi had lived a dignified life in the past years, stating that Qiubai would not have brought him back to Moushan if that were the case. He states that he will throw himself off the cliff to prevent Xiaoshi from interfering. Xiaoshi finally asks a simple question, and Mr. Fang answers that it would be better if "Fang Xiaoshi" died. To his horror, Xiaoshi then jumps off the cliff.[7]
Ritou Hiroshi[edit]
Ritou Hiroshi is one of the villagers living in Roka, Higashi, for generations. Self-declaring himself as the best right-hand man of Mayor Takii Ataru since the passing of his beloved disciple Kashiwau Akira, Hiroshi has been the manager of the village's finance.[8] However, when Roka was on the verge of economic collapse due to depletion of local game animals, forcing them to switch to Originium mining, Hiroshi greedily embezzled profits from the village's mining operations, which he claimed was for the greater good of the village despite warning by Akira's nephew Mirai concerning the local environmental pollution.[9]
The situation changed when a mysterious creature dubbed the "Rathalos" suddenly appeared in Roka that resulted in the rampage of local animals. In order to trap the Rathalos and concealed the monster from the villagers, he ordered a sudden shutdown of the mine, claiming that it underwent maintenance for five days.[9] On the other hand, his mismanagement resulted in an outbreak of Oripathy among the villagers. By the time Rhodes Island dispatched Yato and Noir Corne to investigate the situation, Hiroshi secretly lured them to the mine to have the two operators facing the raging Rathalos, ignoring the potential danger.[8] When the village's mine suddenly exploded due to the Rathalos' flame which resulted in an imminent Catastrophe and forest fire, he even deliberately destroyed the village's protective netting and made the mayor a scapegoat, causing untold chaos among the villagers when finding out that Ataru had been secretly building a hiding shelter.[9] Nevertheless, Hiroshi's plan was foiled in the end after Mirai exposed his misdeed[9], and Ritou was made to cough up all the money he stole even though most of his properties were destroyed by the disaster[10].
Kazuya[edit]
Kazuya is a young child born in Roka, Higashi. He aspires to become a professional hunter during an age when hunters are obsolete in the village. In order to fulfil his dream, Kazuya has been following the old hunter Kashiwau Yoshitaka despite the latter's reluctance as he does not want the young boy to share the fate of his deceased son Akira.[11] He also becomes the only associate with Yoshitaka after Yoshitaka shuts himself off from the villagers following Akira's death.
When the Rathalos, the monster that has been ravaging the village, attacked Roka with its flame, Kazuya stood up and faced it in a reckless but valiant deed to save Yoshitaka, allowing the injured old hunter to escape.[12] Although Yoshitaka was later hospitalised, Kazuya inherited his spear, a sign that he too took part in the hunting of the Rathalos.[13]
Somewhere in the future when Roka was rebuilt, the grown-up Kazuya would carry on Yoshitaka's mantle and lead a new generation of hunters to continue the village's tradition.[13]
Delfina[edit]
Delfina is a young Sankta girl born and raised in the nomadic abbey of Sanctilaminium Ambrosii and a close friend of Fortuna. Unlike Fortuna who looks up to the utopian nature of Laterano learnt from the preaching of Abbott Stefano Torregrossa, Delfina harbors stern apathy towards the Laterans due to how they despise and demonize the Sarkaz which became a part of the abbey's residents after Gerald and his mercenary group settled there and interacted with them peacefully.
When the Notorial Hall reached the abbey in 1099, Delfina became very concerned over their attitude towards the local Sarkaz residents, fearing that they might be expelled at best or even executed at worst.[14] However, she had a disagreement with Fortuna who instead welcomed the Laterans due to the abbey's dire situation, resulting in a heated debate between the two. Unfortunately, Fortuna's patron sidearm, which was repaired by Serpilia, misfired and fatally shot Delfina's stomach, resulting in the her immediate death and Fortuna becoming fallen.[15]
Old Lumberjack[edit]
While appearing as a mute, delirious wanderer, the unnamed Old Lumberjack is in fact not only Xiaoman's father, but also a disciple of the Ageless Old Tianshi. As far as Xiaoman's memory goes, her parents were originally Tianshi who were dispatched to the Chamber of Heaven's Designs, a heavily fortified fortress that serves as the Yanese frontline against the demonic Collapsals in the frigid north.[16] However, during a dangerous mission, her mother was killed, and her father, despite being dissuaded by the mighty Old Tianshi out of fear over potential demonic corruption, sacrificed himself just to bring her body back.[17] This resulted in the demise of Xiaoma's parents which to this day Xiaoman remains unaware of.
Xiaoman's father miraculously survived the demonic corruption, but this comes at a painful price. Not only he became unnaturally emaciated, he also became psychologically corrupted ― a common symptom of those who survived demonic corruption according to Yanese records which very few managed to survive. His mind is permanently damaged as he lost most of his previous memory, and he became mentally unstable due to his cloudy mind. Worst of all, the corruption crippled his speaking ability with a dangerous consequence: his speech would immediately bring demonic corruption onto the listener if he ever starts speaking.[16] As a consequence, Xiaoman's father was forced to be separated from his daughter by living in the outskirts of Dahuang, and both of them no longer recognise each other to the point that Xiaoman only knows him as the mute uncle.
During the Dahuang demonic pollution incident of 1101, Xiaoman's father attempted to protect his daughter by leading her to the site where corruption spouted out, but Xiaoman remained puzzled over his action. Furthermore, Xiaoman was on the verge of being corrupted as she was exposed to the Old Lumberjack's speech for too long. Fortunately, the Old Tianshi arrived to rescue both the Lumberjack and Xiaoman. The Tianshi spared him as she did not wish to murder both her disciple and the only living relative of Xiaoman.[18]
Tullia[edit]
Tullia is a former student of the Institute of Ecological Arts who is a friend of Lucilla and Cassia with a deep interest in endangered seaweed species.
Tullia worked as a technician in Milliarium's Waterway Program until her sudden disappearance. It is later revealed that the Church of the Deep attempted to "silence" her after she found discrepancies in the project's signal system, but fell through the city's drainage system while being chased. Without a proper diving suit, Tullia attempted to return to Milliarium by eating Seaborn flesh in order to survive underwater, partially assimilating with the Many. Before being put out of her misery by Secunda, Tullia warned her and Irene about someone using the Waterway's beacon signal for their own purposes.
Teach[edit]
Junior Drillmaster[edit]
- Invitation to Wine (mentioned)
- Such is the Joy of Our Reunion
- Imperial Guards of Yan
- Yulin Guards
As her nickname suggests, the "Junior Drillmaster" serves as instructor in the apprentice ranks of Yan's Imperial Guard. Despite her young age and still haven't officially worn her standard-issue darksteel armor, she's incredibly skilled in martial arts, even surpassing her years.[19][20] She's also acquainted with Taihe in some ways, and has beaten him in a couple of fights last month.[19]
Jing[edit]
- Baizao Academy
- Ministry of War
- Military theory teacher
- Military advisor
- Zuo Xuanliao (husband)
- Zuo Le (son)
- Lin Qingyan (sworn sister)
The stern Professor Jing is the professor for military theory at Baizao Academy. She is the wife of General Zuo and the mother of Zuo Le.
During one of her work day at Baizao Academy, she is informed by one of the academy student about someone who claimed to be her new assistant lecturer. Not knowing anything about this new assistant, Jing comes by herself to the academy registrar to check, catching Lin Qingyan red-handed while the latter is illegally searching the academy registrar for information regarding an academy student. She berates Lin Qingyan for not following the standard procedure, yet she doesn't report her to the security. After hearing all the clues that Lin Qingyan has, Jing helps her by giving additional information and allowing her to use the registrar for a limited time.[21]
The Writer[edit]
- CN: “歌唱家”
- JP: 「吟遊家」
- KR: "성악가"
Although appearing as an ordinary storywriter, "the Writer" is in fact a former officer of Dublinn under the alias "the Singer". He is one of the surviving upper echelons of Dublinn from the purge by the joint blockade of Wellington and Eblana amidst the 1098 Samhair incident in the capital of Na Saoirsí.
While "the Singer" hides inside a pub in rural areas since Dublinn's downfall, he yearns to spread the story of the new Draco King as a propaganda for the restored nation of Tara. In order to stir up the emotions, he has added his own bias and interpretations in his storybook narrating the return of the new Draco King in Tara. He claims himself to be the witness of the incident in which two Draco Kings ― the Dublinn sisters Loughshinny and Eblana ― arrived at Na Saoirsí vying for control overy the reborn nation, but at the same time, supernatural events caused by mysterious "Black Mist" brought disasters to the capital amidst the Samhair festival. Out of his personal favor, he ends the story with Loughshinny killing her elder sister as a sacrifice to the "Black Mist" to end the disater, and Nemos dragged Eblana's coffin which "the Singer" personally witnessed. In his opinion, Dublinn deserves its downfall over the greed of its leader.
In 1099, around a year after Dublinn's downfall, Eblana, having survived the purged, personally approached "the Singer" in disguise, and "the Singer" mistook her as Loughshinny. Upon revealing her real identity, "the Singer" was forced to speak out the truth out of terror while admitting his personal bias. In the end, while he attempted to erase his rewritten manuscripts, he suffered from a mild stroke and fell upon the ground, ending the life of "the Writer."[23]
The Presence[edit]
"The Presence" is a non-Terran alien originating from a planet far away from the Terra. She resembles a blue, vaguely humanoid entity who uses an empty astronaut suit as a a puppet. She comes from a race of star-eating aliens who were seen as disgusting due to their survival instincts, but were nearly wiped out by a cataclysm they couldn't resist, likely the Observers. In fact, she believes that she might be the last surviving member of said race. With the aid of some "geniuses," the Presence changed her energy consumption habits, and even learned long-distance resonance communication based on the language patterns of another race she destroyed at some point.[24]
Alongside the "Raydistorter," the Presence has been travelling across the cosmos aboard Priestess's personal spaceship, the original Rhodes Island. She witnessed countless starfaring civilizations in the universe rise and fall, but has long since accepted that she, and any other lifeform, is indifferent to the universe's eyes.
She later appears alongside Priestess on Terra, thanks to her information being recorded in Originium.[25]
Raydistorter[edit]
Idida[edit]
Idida is a young ice cream vendor who offers sugar-free ice creams with her autonomous vending cart, which she customized to play a jingle with her name while serving. Ever since her father, a dentist, told her that excessive consumption of desserts could give her cavities, Idida decided to positively "change" Laterano by trying to improve people's eating habits.[26] However, most Laterans see her ice cream as heresy, with Paganini himself being her only regular client.[27]
The Doctor and Mon3tr come across her while avoiding the Pontifica Cohors and the Shrine of Nurtury's guards. Idida presents herself and, without a doubt, serves Mon3tr a cup of "sugar-free carbonated water-flavored" ice cream, which she finds really refreshing much to Idida's surprise. Idida then explains that her father once told that too many desserts could give her cavities even to her halo —though many people think it's just a sales pitch for his business. However, because of the Shrine of Nurtury's dreamscape, Idida's halo began to feel strange, like the rotten tooth she once had. Idida mistakes this with a revelation from the Lord, so she decides to try changing the Lateran's eating habits and restore connection with each other with her sugar-free ice cream. Mon3tr pretends to be interested in Idida's vision and asks her to take a walk together and "learn" about the connection between teeth decay and halos, just so she and the Doctor could avoid the authorities. [26]
Three months after the Laterano Calamity, Idida goes to the Law's ruins and wishes for Laterans to develop a genetic change, so they could support her culinary research and thus preventing cavities.[28]

Michael[edit]
Michael (not to be confused with Michael Wolfgang, the real name of Operator Bassline) is an actor that works in the production of The Death of Lady Dupont. A little bit of a womanizer, Michael will do anything to make it big in Wrankwood, even wearing fake ears and tail to pass as a Vulpo.[29]
Five years before the production of The Death of Lady Dupont, Michael was also a cast member in a film produced by Greta Stone. He witnessed newcomer actress Laura being put in the wire rig for an aerial stunt. When the shot was delayed and Laura was left stranded in the air, Michael, remembering his promise with his girlfriend Marion and wanting for Laura to directly ask for help from him, decided to not help her get down. This would turn out to be a fatal decision, as the wire rig suddenly snapped, causing Laura to plummet to her death.[30]
In The Death of Lady Dupont, Michael stars as the Rockefeller brothers, three brothers who try to court Lady Dupont, portrayed by Melanie Rutherford. His performance earns him negative remarks from his co-star, criticizing his playboy manners. When Greta introduces Lucian to the rest of the crew member, Michael initially feels threatened, but it quickly turns into awe after seeing how Lucian acted.[31]
After Dalton's death, Michael tries to act nonchalant about it, yet the death still affects his acting.[32] Worrying that Dalton's death is connected to the incident that happened five years ago, Michael decides to meet up with Moira late at night to ask her about any ways to leave the studio plate.[33][34] He becomes more paranoid after Shelly's death, and tries to convince Marion to escape from the studio plate with him.[29] Unfortunately, Marion is intent on finishing the movie, as she had already invested too much into Michael's career. Michael's final living act being a proof of his love to his girlfriend, shielding her from Moira's axe attack.[35] After killing both of them, Moira leaves Michael and Marion's corpses hanging above the set until a crew member finds them the next morning.[29]
Marion[edit]
Marion is a Liberi working as the costume designer of The Death of Lady Dupont. She has been in a secret relationship with Michael for five years, before it was publicly revealed by Melanie Rutherford.[31] Even though Michael keeps flirting with other women, Marion continues to support his career and even forced him to wear fake ears and tail to pass as a Vulpo. While Marion claims that she truly loves him, Michael believes that she only stays with him because she has invested so much into his career.[29]
Five years ago, during the production of a film, Marion deeply disliked Laura, going so far to calling her a "bitch" behind her back. She was angered by Michael's flirting with the actress and made him promise to stay away from Laura, even if she was dying in front of him. Due to this promise, Michael hesitated to help Laura before the accident that would kill the newcomer actress.[30] Despite of this, Marion considers herself innocent in Laura's death.[29]
After Dalton and Shelly's death during the production of The Death of Lady Dupont, Michael tries to convince Marion to escape the studio plate together. She denies the offer and even tries to make Michael stay, claiming that she has spent so much for Michael's career and can't afford to wait for 'another chance'. She states that she will report him to Greta if he dares to run away. During their argument, they are attacked by Moira. Michael tries to protect Marion, but Moira still manages to kill them both. Their corpses are then left hanging above the studio set.[35][29]
Shelly[edit]
Shelly is a Caprinae working as the production coordinator of The Death of Lady Dupont.
Five years prior of the production of The Death of Lady Dupont, Shelly was also part of the film crew working on a film produced by Greta Stone. During that production, she had known about the aging wire rig, but still let the newcomer actress Laura to use it due to her hatred to the newcomer.[36] The wire would then snap during usage, sending Laura falling to her death.[30] Laura's death would scar Shelly mentally, with the later trying to cope by doing self-harm.[32]
During the shooting of The Death of Lady Dupont, Shelly is among the people who directly see a film's prop error causes the death of Dalton, one of the actors in the film.[31] Seeing Dalton's death evokes the trauma she experienced after watching Laura's death, causing her to hallucinate, disturb the shooting process, and almost get involved in an accident on set. Seeing her struggle, Lucian advises her to use pain to alleviates her hallucinations.[32]
At night after shooting has concluded for the day, Shelly tries to alleviate her wariness by joining a horror movies viewing session with Tippi and Moira. During the session, she receives a message from someone's claiming to be Laura, ordering her to go to the warehouse. Trying to prove that it's just a cruel prank, Shelly goes to the warehouse alone. There, she starts hallucinating again after seeing an old wire rig. She tries to stop the hallucination by stabbing her hand using her pen, but finds the hallucination doesn't stop. In a trance, She is then pushed by Moira into the cold storage, locking her there. Realizing that she has no way to escape, she stops struggling and freezes to death.[36]
"Wanyuudou"[edit]
A weasel-like kami that resides at Kizuna Jinja in Mitsukue, the "Wanyuudou" is a very active kami, a fact that differs him from the other kami at Kizuna Jinja. When the shrine starts getting fewer visitors, the kami decides to venture Mitsukue, using his unicycle to travel around and visit locations related to kaidan stories. Even though he isn't involved with those kaidan, his appearances at those locations would end up making people associate him with those kaidan stories.[37]
When the rumor of Ao-Oni returns to the 'Haunted House' at Kajimachi starts spreading out, the Wanyuudou decides to see for himself the appearance of the Ao-Oni. At the building, the Ao-Oni manages to spot him, albeit only seeing his unicycle helmet, and starts chasing after him. Luckily for him, he managed to lose her before returning to the shrine.[38]
Next morning at the shrine, the Wanyuudou once again encounters the Ao-Oni, now with an Aegir. The two people then corner the kami, with the Aegir managing to capture the Wanyuudou, even though both of them end up falling into the shrine's pond.[39] The kami then explains about his boredom of not having visitors at the shrine, his interest in uncovering the truth regarding the kaidan stories, and how people mistaken him to be involved with the kaidan. When the Oni asks the Wanyuudou to come with them to talk with Moriuchi, he agrees to do that. The kami goes out through the main gate, acting as a decoy to draw away the yakuza waiting outside the shrine so that the Oni and the Aegir can go through the side path.[37]
Meeting up at Moriuchi's oden stall, the Wanyuudou, Hoshiguma, Momoka, and Moriuchi start discussing about the kaidan stories in Mitsukue and the reason for why Mifune is targetting Momoka. Soon, they come to the conclusion that all the kaidan stories are just fabrications made by Mifune. Before the kami can give his opinion regarding their discovery, they are ambushed by ninja working for Mifune. In the midst of the chaos, the Wanyuudou flees the premise, leaving the remaining three to fend for themselves.[40]
Planning to leave Mitsukue and go north, the Wanyuudou's intention is cut short when he encounters the "Kami of Happy Returns", who asks him to deliver a message to Moriuchi. Finding Moriuchi after he escapes from Mifune, the Wanyuudou tells him to go meet the kami that he has been looking for at their usual stop.[41] After Moriuchi rejects the Kami of Happy Returns advise to work for Mifune, the Wanyuudou appears in front of him once again, giving direction to the current location of Hoshiguma, mentioning the request from the "star" of the shrine as the reason for him helping the oden seller.[42]

Mayors[edit]
- Main article: Mayors (Limbus Company Wiki)
Mayors is a former Aegirian researcher who fled to Iberia following the Profound Silence of 1038. At first, she reached the surface world through her second-hand Aegirian vessel out of sympathy over the land-dwellers' incapability in dealing with the Seaborn, but what waited in front of her was racial hatred against the Islanders by local Iberians who blamed them for bringing the calamity. Not only they associated her and other Islanders as demonic Seaborn due to their oceanic origin, but also they confiscated much of her researches, including her vessel which they later renamed it as La Rebelión de las Masas, "The Masses' Rebellion" in Iberian. Furthermore, the Inquisition's persecution against the Islanders in the name of purging the infiltrating Church of the Deep was her last straw of her hope over the land-dwellers.
Mayor sided with the Church where she began gaining her followers in deserted coastal villages like Faro Muerto while researching on the Seaborn as a possible solution to end the Iberians' misery. But the more she understood the Seaborn, the less hope she carried. Despite their marvelous adaptation capability, she was disappointed over their mere survival instinct that assimilates everything into a singular, monotonous hivemind; she believes that the Seaborn's evolution should also include the sense of self and individuality while being part of the masses.
Everything changed when Mayors witnessed the appearance of a "portal" near the coast of Faro Muerto where she claimed herself receiving revelation through a "mysterious, charming voice" from the "light" emitting from the portal. Through the "voice", she learnt the existence of "the City" ― another dystopian world ― away from the dimension of Terra. Her newfound knowledge brought forward her saviour complexity in which she deemed both the Terrans and dwellers of "the City" need salvation through the combination of the Seaborn's hivemind and the supernatural phenomena found only in "the City", unbeknownst that falling into the trap of the "voice" could potentially become a Distortion ― monstrous beings born from the person's own inner heart after doubting themselves.
Fabius[edit]
- Main article: Fabius (Limbus Company Wiki)
Fabius is the acting mayor of Faro Muerto, a deserted settlement along the coastlines of Iberia following the Profound Silence of 1038. While appearing as a gentle old man, he is in reality a cultist of the nefarious Church of the Deep. In order to fulfil the mission of assimilating everyone into the Seaborn's hivemind, he secretly provided Sea Terror jerky to his villagers in the name of saving them from an ongoing famine. Consequently, Fabius has become an important target to the Inquisitors.
Fabius was once arrested by the Inquisitors for his activities with the Church of the Deep. But he suddenly escaped on the way back to the Bastión de Cánticos for trial, turning him into a wanted outlaw. Adding on his treacherous activities, the Inquisitors' accounts even revealed that Fabius's last sighting was at the inland salt flats near Mar Pálido, the site where many surviving pirate crews including the "Cuna de Nene" settle, and he was seen accompanying with a local pirate crew around the outskirts.
After hiding himself in Faro Muerto, Fabius had been actively working with Mayors, a bishop of the Deep, in continuing their agenda, and he disguised himself as Mayor's grandfather and the town's mayor. On the other hand, he remained skeptical over Mayors after she proclaimed herself receiving revelation from the nearby "portal". Nevertheless, Fabius trusted Mayors in accomplishing their mission to redeem both the Terrans and dwellers of the "the City" ― another dystopian world lying on the other side of the "portal" according to Mayor's words ― through assimilation into the Seaborn's hivemind.
During the Faro Muerto incident, Fabius and his followers were cornered on the La Rebelión de las Masas vessel by the joint Rhodes Island-Inquisition force. Fabius ended his own life in the end by summoning a swarm a Seaborn to devour his flesh and assimilate him into their hivemind.
