It can be obtained on day 7 of the Arknights Celebration Login Event during Episode 14: Absolved Will Be the Seekers.

- The description claiming that the Anniversary Celebration Hourglass commemorates the 5th anniversary of Arknights is only accurate for the CN server, where Episode 14: Absolved Will Be the Seekers was part of the 5th Anniversary Celebration. For the Global server, it was released on October 31, 2024 — about 2.5 months before Global's 5th anniversary on January 16, 2025.
