Gain 1 extra Inspirer after the battle if you used an Inspirer as the battle started
A young Lich was fretting over occasionally forgetting an idea he thought of five seconds ago, so he created this anchor to set those fleeting inspirations in place. Afterwards, he seemed to have forgotten to use it.
Effect[edit]
If an Inspirer is used before entering an operation, the player will gain one Inspirer after the operation is cleared (accounted for on the result screen).
