The Medic version of Amiya is available once 14-21 is cleared for the first time, which requires the player to bring Elite 2 Amiya into the squad, and then "clearing" 14-22. Once this is done, Amiya will automatically be switched to Medic Amiya unless she is undergoing Specialization training at the time, where she will remain as the original Amiya. Afterwards, the player can switch between Amiya's versions in her Operator menu through a button in place of the Promotion button.

Medic Amiya is considered to be the same as Amiya, thus her properties are shared with Amiya aside from attributes, skills, talent, Specialization Level (the player cannot switch between Amiya's versions while she is undergoing Specialization training), outfits, and dialogues.

As an Incantation Medic who specializes in Healing and DPS, Amiya attacks enemies instead of healing friendly units, dealing Arts damage from the same range as Medical Medics; 3×3 with a 1×1 extension to the front that is improved to 3×4 at Elite 1, with decent ATK and attack interval though still lower than Core Casters. This does not mean that Amiya have no way to heal friendlies as a Medic, however; when she attacks, she will also heal a friendly unit within her range for 50% of the damage dealt.

Talent

Prayer of Sincerity buffs the maximum HP of all friendly units while Amiya is deployed. While her skill is active, all friendlies will also regenerate HP over time.

Skills

1. Empathy of Grief buffs Amiya's ASPD and heals all nearby friendly units within a radius of 2 equal to a small portion of her ATK in each attack while active.
2. Vision of Mercy has Amiya launch an attack dealing higher damage onto all enemies within her range and reducing the ASPD and MSPD of enemies struck by this attack for a short time, then buffs her ATK for every enemy hit by the Vision of Mercy's attack, up to five, and causes Amiya's attacks to hit up to two targets within range and deals True damage for a period of time afterwards. Vision of Mercy can only be used once per operation; the skill can no longer be charged for the rest of the operation once it expires after being activated, so extreme caution is advised before using it.

Operator Module

Amiya's INC-X Module, The Dress Handpicked by Theresa, increases the HP restoration of her attacks to 60% of ATK in addition to increasing her maximum HP and ATK. Once upgraded, the maximum HP buff and HP regeneration from Prayer of Sincerity is increased.
