Or perhaps you can send in an application for one of the Institute of Concept Vehicle Design's latest works. The vehicle's control system directly interfaces with your nervous system, turning the ship's finwings into extensions of your body. Please note that long-term piloting may lead you to believe you are a seafin. The unchanging lighting of the city is intended to allow our citizens to plan their schedules as they please. We support bouts of creativity lasting hundreds of hours as much as we support schedules requiring sleep once an hour... So long as you have consulted a doctor. Once you have settled down, you are invited to explore the Sophontheatrum. Though it may hold millenia of human ingenuity and unsolved conundrums, there is no need to feel reserved. If past sages can draw inspiration while dancing with sculptures, perhaps you can solve an age-old riddle while taking an experimental lifeform for a walk. Beyond the Sophontheatrum, every corner of the city is available for you to absorb ideas or express creativity. You can taste to appreciate a saga on food while eating a meal, or ponder a hydrodynamic law in the bath. If your applications are approved, every installation in the city can be your experimental testbed. If a sculpture has already been redesigned 352 times, it will happily welcome a 353rd remodeling by your hand. As your Little Handy has now arrived, allow us to once more welcome you to our nation.
