To Warship Gloriana,

I have received your communications.

The devils have amassed in great numbers outside Londinium, presenting us with the perfect opportunity to eradicate them all.

My units will prepare for immediate mobilization. Led by the flagship Gastrell, they will take the most direct course northwards to Londinium.

To His Grace the Duke of Wellington

Wishing you good health.

As your grace well knows, the summers of Londinium are humid and rainy, yet there have only been rain clouds without rain since June. If fate does indeed play a role, I dare say that the torrential rain, with which your grace is so familiar, awaits your arrival. If so, please arrange your travels as you see fit. After all, it is the inherent privilege of the Grand Duke of Victoria to command both time and circumstance.

I am most delighted that your grace is willing to share your plans, which will likely take you through the counties of Trent and Dawson. While you are undoubtedly familiar with Trent, Viscount Dawson mentioned that you may not have visited his county before. Allow me to recommend their renowned silverwares. I have instructed Viscount Dawson to send a box of their finest silver onto the Gastrell as you pass as a token of our wishes for your smooth travels. If time permits and it pleases your grace, we would be honored to have you sightsee along the way.

All the best.

I remain my Lord's most obedient servant

Duke of Caster of Gloriana

To Warship Gloriana,

I have completed mobilization and shall depart from my city soon. The planned route shall remain unchanged.

The flagship Gastrell can accommodate an entourage, but all who board will be subject to my command. Such persons will not be granted the liberty to leave the ship during this time.

However, I can make an exception for your messenger.

To His Grace the Duke of Wellington

Wishing you good health.

I have been thinking lately that a heavy rain should ultimately be good for this stuffy summer. After all, the swelling Duskglow River after each rain is a magnificent sight to behold.

We understand your grace's urgency to head straight to the most iconic scenery. I will convey this to Viscount Dawson. Hopefully, my messenger did not cause you too much trouble.

Speaking of the Duskglow River, its surging currents have earned it the reputation of unpassable and untamable. Even Londinium must chart its courses along its banks. Perhaps, when the rainy season passes, I could sail on this river and test its might. They say that as one grows older, new endeavors become more enticing. It seems I am no exception.

If I invite your grace, could you do me the honor of assisting a lady?

But for now, let us ready our umbrellas for the coming rain. Not being able to welcome your grace in person fills me with regret. Please allow me to make it up to Victoria's champion when the opportunity arises.

I remain my Lord's most obedient servant

Duke of Caster of Gloriana

To Warship Gloriana,

Your correspondence arrived sooner than expected. Given your reputation, I assume you wish to convey your nearness. I interpret your invitation as a declaration of alignment with our cause, which I acknowledge.

However, the battle approaches, and as a general, my focus remains solely on victory.
